Browse as much internet as you like however please take note of our data usage policy. There are no additional monthly fees or charges with this plan.

Broadband and speeds can be confusing at the best of times. So at ONE we like to make it easier for you to choose the speed that works best for you.

As the names suggest, you can choose to go FAST, FASTER or FASTEST. It is as simple as that. Choose the speed you would like and if at any time you want to go FASTER... just let us know and we'll turn up the speed. (a plan change fee of $29.95 will apply)

If you choose not to use our line rental, an additional charge of $10 per month applies.

Internet connection speeds

Speeds quoted are between your location and myONE serving your location. Actual download and upload speeds will vary based on numerous factors, such as condition of wiring at your location, computer configuration, Internet and network congestion, and speed of website servers you access, among other factors. Speed and uninterrupted use of service not guaranteed.

Usage

All ONE plans have unlimited data usage. This means you can browse and download as much as you like, whether you want to watch Internet videos, check things out on youtube, abc iview, catch up TV etc. You also have unlimited use of Skype and Skype Video calling along with Online Gaming for PS3 XBOX and popular games like World of Warcraft. The plans do not permit Peer2Peer download sites (usually unofficial or illegal sites) and VPN. With our plans – you get the plan you pay for, for the whole month - no matter how often people in your household are downloading!

Choice of contract options:

Option 1 - No contract and FREE standard modem

If you don’t want to be tied in to a contract then simply pay the $90 activation fee and we will provide a standard modem free (1 per plan). Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Minimum computer requirements apply. Speed of internet connection assumes components working at optimum speed and capacity. Additional or Replacement Modems can be purchased at $99 each. You can upgrade to a wireless modem which will allow you to keep connected throughout your home without the restrictions of wiring, for an additional $45. A 2 month notice period applies if you decide to move on.

Option 2 - 24 month contract, FREE activation and FREE WiFi modem

If you sign up to a 24 month contract then you will not be charged the $90 activation fee. We will also provide you with a free WiFi modem. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Minimum computer requirements apply. Speed of internet connection assumes components working at optimum speed and capacity. Additional or Replacement Modems can be purchased at $99 each. You will be liable for cancellation fees if you cancel before the end of your 24 month contract.
